According to Andrew Weisman, Judge Chutkan now has both the full and the redacted versions of Smith’s filing. All parties get to review and Team Trump gets to toss in its 1¢ (because he never pays his bills fully), and then Chutkan will release the redacted version.
When asked if that would take, say, two weeks, Weisman said that it would not take nearly that long.
The #trumpdump has begun. Andy Litinsky, the former Apprentice contestant and co-founder of Trump’s media company, just sold nearly every one of his shares in said media company for a cool $100 million.
There is a suspicion that many of the non-Trump shareholders are just fronts for Trump. The timing for anyone to sell makes sense because, after dropping into the 11s, the stock has bounced back to the 15s.
But someone has been pumping money into the stock and then a potential Trump. The SEC needs to be all over this stock.
