You don’t say

A second sat juror has been excused. Down to 5 now, going backwards.

We live in a world where regular citizens are terrified that one of the candidates for president will learn their identity and have them killed.

I’m sure whoever is picked for the jury will be bullied by someone in the Democrat party to convict Trump or else be killed. Kind of like people who cross the Clintons mysteriously die.

Do you spend even 5 minutes per day in the ambient world? Your brain incessantly shits out a pea soup of ‘dozing off on a hallucinogen.’

Limey needs to be in a straight jacked confined to a rubber room for a few years. It would do him a lot of good.

Still only 5 jurors sat, but Team Trump is down to its last peremptory challenge. That’s not good for them given that there are still 7 main and 6 alternate jurors to be sat.

After that challenge is used, all that will be left for them will be doxxing jurors on Fox News (it worked once already this week).

Correction: 10 jurors now seated. So 2 + 6 to go. Merchan has just sworn in the next batch.

Nevada will have abortion rights on the ballot in November. Moves the state firmly into Biden’s camp.

TWELVE!

The starting 12 jurors have all been sat. Just the 6 alternates needed now and, given the dearth of peremptory challenges for Team Trump, the jury could be empaneled tomorrow, which is about a week ahead of expectations.

The 12 jurors have been sworn in, and one alternate has been sat too.

Apparently, each side gets 2 additional peremptory challenges per alternate, but this part is expected to go swiftly.

Tentative timetable is completion of alternates tomorrow and opening statements on Monday.

Hey Limey, can you give us an update on how Truth Social stock ended up today? You have been updating us this week and we all are relying on you for your expert insight on the stock. Did it go up or down today because we don’t know?

A little bit of finding out at the end of the day:

Literally any other defendant would already be in jail for Contempt of Court.

Oh that’s right, it doesn’t fit Limey’s agenda. I’ll go ahead and update everyone since Limey did at one time feel that everyone should be informed. Truth Social had another good day. Can I send you some tissues, Limey? I can hear you crying like a school girl again.

Once again, you can’t put someone in jail because you don’t like him. It’s hard for Democrats to understand this.

No notes.

Arizona GOP (maga) legislator Austin Smith has been in the untidy habit of making baseless election fraud claims for several years. Today he dropped his re-election bid in the wake of a lawsuit alleging he forged more than 100 signatures on his petition to get on the ballot and now under criminal investigation.

Irony is so ironical.

No, since literally any judge under a non-weaponized judiciary would have been removed from the bench for this oppression.

Democrats are of the mind that a judge should be partial to their crooked party. They do not care about anything being impartial or fair. All they know is what fits their agenda. They are a very selfish bunch.

$DJT continues its weird rebound. It’s back up to $33 at the opening today.

Here’s a little math lesson: if a stock at $50 loses 10% one day and adds back 10% the next day, it isn’t back to $50; it is $49.50.

So DJT being up 50% from $22 is not the same as it being down 50% from $66…which it is.
