Yep. And before he even gets to an appeal, he’ll whine on the court steps about being excluded from his own trial…before heading off to Deadminster.
He tried to goad Engoron into kicking him out of that trial too. It was so obvious and Engoron called him out on it.
I really was waiting for Limey to give us an update but since it doesn’t fit his narrative, I guess I will have to provide an update, especially since Limey and several other liberals here are obsessed with Truth Social. Truth Social finished the day with a gain.

Trump tried to get his criminal trial in NY postponed “indefinitely” due to pre-trial publicity. Judge Merchan told him to get fucked.
I mean, he said it more nicely than that - pointing out that Trump is the biggest publicist - but the gist was the same.
