I love Dan Goldman. He has been put on the Weaponization sub-committee to make Jordan’s life hell, and he has embraced that role wholeheartedly. Jordan’s ability to repeat “what about” really fast as he disappears down a rabbit hole doesn’t help him against a skilled prosecutor.

Gym Jordan wheeled out his “whistleblowers” today. Two former FBI agents who had -after thorough investigation - had their security clearances revoked and were fired. Under questioning, Dan Goldman got them both to admit that they were being paid by Kash Patel, including this wonderful exchange with one of them:

MR FRIEND: Yes he gave me a donation last November.
REP GOLDMAN: A donation? Are you a charitable organization?

FWIW, Ty Cobb - Trump’s lawyer for the Mueller probe - was on TV this week saying that the documents case has Trump banged to rights on obstruction, and he’s going to jail.
Trump continues to make this ever more likely to be true by flapping his stupid bird mouth. During the infamous CNN rally town hall, he claimed vehemently that he chose to take the documents from DC to MAL and he declassified them before doing so. The second part is nonsense, but the first part is admitting to a crime in DC, so he can be prosecuted in DC, which is far, far worse for him that being prosecuted in Florida.
