The last Trump expert witness to testify in the NY civil trial had been paid (I deliberately didn’t use the word “earned”) $900,000 for his preparation and court time.
In addition to flaming out under cross-examination, the witness confirmed both the amount of his bill and the fact that some of it had been paid by the “Save America” PAC. The fact that the fund name abbreviates to “SAP” is either expert trolling or total lack of self-awareness.

Despite all the preening, posturing and blather, Donald Trump will not take the stand again in his own defense at the NY civil trial. He was to be the last witness for the defense, so now it will be closing arguments and then. the judge will deliberate his verdict.
Meanwhile, the civil suit by Moss and Freeman against Giuliani gets underway today in DC. Giuliani is expected to take the stand at some point. He has already incurred fines of over $200,000 for failing to comply with discovery. Also, Rudy no-showed at a preliminary hearing last week to which his attendance was not optional.
ETA: Like Alex Jones before him, Giuliani has already been found liable for defamation. The trial is all about how much he owes the plaintiffs in damages. OAN settled earlier this year; the deal was private, but they did announce on the air that their claims of election fraud were false.
Meanwhile Joe Biden is showing the world what an idiot he is. Biden is spending one billion three hundred million trillion three hundred million dollars on infrastructure. He’s an embarrassment to the United States.

Once the TX Supreme Court stepped in and started the TRO, it seems that Kate Cox left to the state to have the procedure done.
I’m sure Paxton et al will let this go now, and not harass and sue her family, friends and Uber drivers under the Texas Abortion Bounty Law.
