I was wondering the same thing. The B-H Administration has engineered $2.9T in infrastructure investments ($1.0T in the Infrastructure Plan and $1.9T in the bi-partisan American Rescue Plan) and it’s super easy to see where the $$ is going. It’s going to fed, state and local governments in both red and blue states and being spent across the entire infrastructure portfolio here in this country. A simple google search of american rescue plan investments will get you links to every fed, state, local and tribal government entity that is working out of the plan funding. it’s not hard to find or understand.
