You normally get basic information like that for every potential juror.
Apparently - for obvious reasons - the jury in this case has been âanonymizedâ. Team Trump has been trying to undo that decision as anonymous juries are very rare in NY.
Ignoring the violent, mouth-breathing elephant in the room, it always strikes me as funny how Trump expects to be treated like a normal person when it comes to things like this, and like a God-Emperor in most other situations. Itâs similar to how is property valuations go up and down depending on whether theyâre being used as collateral or being taxed.
Itâs almost as if they accuse their opponents of doing everything they are doing themselves.
In other news, the Dominion trial is now expected to start tomorrow morning on time.
As long as he doesnât drink Bud Light, weâre all good.
Thatâs always been good advice.
Straight out of the Democrat playbook.
FindingOutFest has started.
As in Foxâs opening statement was ruled false?
I think this was the judgeâs introduction to the case, prior to the opening statements. Dominion was granted summary judgement on the facts - i.e. that it is indisputable that Fox lied - so what the trial is about is whether Foxâ malfeasance rose to the level of âactual maliceâ.
Litmanâs point being that Dominion get to lay out the facts in all their glorious stupidity, and Fox cannot object to any of it. Having to sit back and take a barrage of truth is called a âreverse Fox & Friendsâ, I believe.
Fox has presented its list of exhibits, which number over 5,000. On the list are four clips from âThe Simpsonsâ. Iâm not kidding. Apparently, the clips do not include Sideshow Bob rake-stepping; maybe Dominion has that one.
Hereâs a blog to follow for updates if youâre so inclined.
FTR, Dominion submitted over 7,000 exhibits.
âWeâre unbalanced! Thatâs not fair! Ahhhhhhh!â crash
If Dominion needs some clips to rebut the Fox clips, may I suggest this as Exhibit A:
A Fox viewer takes a lie-detector test.
âWelcome to Fair and Balanced Land, where nothing can possib-lie go wrongâŚerr possibly go wrong.â
In combining this with the sci-fi TV thread, this trial is now declared The Dominion War.
This would seem to be significant.
BREAKING NEWS: Fox and Dominion may have a settlement.
My guess is Dominion gets a ton of money and Fox doesnât really have to say much of anything.
Settlement confirmed. No terms have been released, though.
Thatâs what it feels like.
