I am definitely not a cat person, but I had the dog before my current one more than 17 years. He was almost 19. Taking him for his Last Ride and being with him there are among the hardest things I ever have done. You have my sincere sympathy and condolences moriarty.

So sorry to hear this. We’ve had to recently say goodbye to two of ours who were both the eldest and most beloved of our clan. They both suffered from and were treated for kidney issues among other things and we ended up with a variety of meds leftover. Our local Humane Society took everything that was still sealed but wouldn’t take open meds. Hope that helps.

We just had an earthquake here in SoCal. I got an alert on my iPhone about two seconds before I felt the shaking. I don’t remember that happening before.

I don’t think there was much damage, epicenter was inland San Diego County. No damage local to me.

That wasn’t an earthquake, that’s just the new vibration function.

Seriously, glad no damage/injury to you and yours. Hopefully it’s nothing bad all round.

Nice little cluster. They are all between 11km and 15km deep so that should help some with the human impacts on the surface.
