Iām obviously hoping for the Astros to advance but Iām fine with the Rays moving on as well. Itās a win-kind of win scenario for me. Fuck the Yankees and go Braves!

Iām with you. I was never a Rays fan, but obviously have many friends and family who are, and they are an easy team to like. Not necessarily a win-win, but I will easily root for the Rays, should they advance.
And as much as Iād love to knock the Yankees outā¦againā¦their fans having to watch the Astros play is a joy all itās own.

I read one article today about why the Yankees should be everyoneās favorite team. The reasonā¦and this was in all seriousnessā¦they try harder, evidenced by their willingness to outspend everyone else. Other teams, specifically the Rays, should be hated because theyāre just pocketing their extra $300MM in revenue instead of spending it on payroll like the Yankees do. Theyāre not even trying, apparently.

Iāve always pulled for the Rays and it was never a serious issue until the AL move. I wouldnāt say Iām a āfanā but i always want them to win unless itās the Astros. Seeing them beat the Yankees in their first postseason meeting was sublime.

I loathe much of what Jomboy says about the Astros and his fueling of the āscandal,ā but like Mark, I do not hate him or boycott his channel. He does lots of good work. He is a diehard Yankees fan for sure, but he makes that clear and is no worse than any of us would be with an Astros channel posting about Astros rivals or about the Red Sox or the Yankees. Read any random GZ to determine how objective and fair we are. Drehlich, Heyman, and the ESPN-led ignorant media are much worse than Jomboy.
