In his deposition yesterday, Trump pleaded the Fifth 440 times. In fact, the only question he answered was as to his name. This, being a civil case, means that a jury can take a negative inference from every single one of those 440 invocations of the right not to self-incriminate.
So…
Q: “Did you inflate the value of your properties to help you secure loans?”
A: “FIF!”
Inference: “Yes”.
Rinse, repeat.
So, all that right wing hypocrisy that drives you mad, isn’t hypocrisy. It’s something much more toxic.

To put this in perspective:
- He took “national security documents” he had no right to take.
- They asked for them back and he let them take some of them back.
- They subpoenaed him to provide the rest.
- He failed to fully comply with the subpoena.
Yeah, that gets you an early morning knock on the door from the Feds.

Basically, all you Mo fos need to stop flapping your mouths. He approved the request for the search warrant. It was done right. Trump’s lawyer was there. Because Trump has been all over the media about this, he’s requested that the court unseal the warrant.
Also, STFU about the FBI.
DOJ has already filed the motion to unseal the warrant and list of seized property, but they have allowed a window for Trump to object.
The NYT is saying that it was all highly sensitive shit that they simply could not leave in Trump’s basement.
Now it’s up to Trump. Block the unsealing of the documents and look like an ass, or allow it to come out and look like a bigger ass.
Called that fucker’s bluff pretty quickly.
Also, in the NYT article was a statement that Trump advisors (or similar language) have told Congressional Republicans that it might be smart to back the fuck off DOJ, as subsequent revelations won’t make them look good.
So, it sounds like all the Republican motherfuckers were offered a ride on a ship that has sunk multiple times, and they gleefully ran aboard.
