Inevitable You-Know-Who Thread

Boris Johnson appears to be finding out today. The latest scandal he’s fallen into up to his chins involves a serial sex pest - Chris Pincher - who Boris once described as “Pincher by name, pincher by nature.”

Pincher resigned from the whip’s office in 2017 amid pesting allegations. Johnson brought him back in 2019, and made him Deputy Chief Whip earlier this year. Then, at a boondoggle on behalf of the interests of money laundromat Cyprus, Pincher got shitfaced and went on a groping rampage. Once news of this broke, multiple other victims of unwanted attention from Pincher came forward.

Boris denied knowing about the allegations, of course, before being presented with evidence that he was, in fact, fully aware of them (as his “by nature” quip suggests). Now, Boris getting caught in a lie happens about as regularly as Trump getting caught in a lie, by which I mean every time he opens his mouth. I don’t know why this issue is prompting the reaction it is, perhaps it’s the straw that broke the cameltoe’s back.

Right now, cabinet members’ resignation letters are flying and Johnson’s government is coming apart at the seams. He barely survive a confidence vote a few weeks ago, but this really does look like it’s the end of the road for his Prime Ministership. Hopefully so.

Highland Park shooter was dressed in women’s clothing as a disguise and so he could blend into the crowd to escape the scene (which he did). But get ready for transphobia to get cranked to 11 and scapegoated for this one.

Speaking of finding out…

Finally someone is looking into WTF Graham was up to messing in the Georgia election!

I wouldn’t call them good guys with guns. Cowards, maybe.

The Uvalde crew, for sure. The Highland Park cops were just sitting ducks the same as everyone else while those in Philly were the targets. The common theme, though, is that all their equipment meant jack shit.

New J6 Committee announced for next Tuesday. Witness is reported to be Trump’s deputy press Secretary who resigned the evening of Jan 6.

Interestingly, next Tuesday is the same day that Lindsey Graham will be sitting for testimony in front of a GA grand jury. Going to be a very uncomfortable day for TFG; he’ll be Truthing like a maniac all day, I’m sure.

Tucker Carlson has identified the real culprit in this weekend, and pretty much all, mass shootings: women. And weed…but mostly women. If they’d just get out of the way and let men be real men, we wouldn’t have this problem.

Arizona is not sending its best.

WTF is she actually talking about? Aside from shooting her grandchildren to protect them from being shot, she claimed that Republicans had a bill signed into law that would prevent mass shootings. Really? What? When?

If it’s law, why are we still having mass shootings?

Of course it is a woman’s fault. We made you fuckers eat the damn apple.

I’ll never understand why Adam didn’t just shoot the serpent.

With a naked lady walking around, I’m sure he was shooting the serpent any chance he got.

BoJo’s goose is all-but cooked.

Love this.

Cipollone has allegedly agreed to testify before the Jan. 6 Committee, albeit behind closed doors.

While I’m surprised he actually agreed to do testify, I’m not particularly hopeful it’ll be any more revelatory than Reagan’s Iran-Contra testimony (when he responded to 120 direct questions that he had no recollection of what happened).

Yeah, he’s a dyed-in-the-wool Trumpist. Lots of memory lapses and “Fifth!”, I suspect. Still good to get him under oath and dare him to deny Hutchinson’s sworn testimony.

At every turn, he earns the “Posh Trump” label.

I agree that it’s good he’s testifying. Maybe he’ll surprise the hell out of everyone and at least corroborate Hutchinson’s testimony. From what I’ve read, Cipollone isn’t a devout supporter of Bone Spur and the two often sparred publicly over his advice.

That said, I have a feeling most of his testimony will be along the lines of, “that’s not quite how I recall what happened.”

If he had some stones, he’d get in front of the lights and cameras and committee, but then again, we know donnie’s cabinet was rife with feckless, cowards.
