Funny…it doesn’t look Druish.

Speaking of: who plays Barf now?

Oh man, RIP John Candy. That still sucks.

He was a big ol’ comedy goof and all, Moose shoulda told you, but the end of Planes, Trains, Automobiles still kills me. That was so perfect.

Seth Rogen could be Barf Jr.

Bite your fucking tongue.

Barf should have a tasteful monument Lone Starr’s Winebago, and his partner should be a foul-mouthed Astromech who commits war crimes.

He was also the only person to eat the Old 96er. Absolute legend.

Yeah. Mog years are 3.5 human years.

Can’t deny it. I was smiling throughout this trailer. It was like man’s laughter.

I stopped going to movies in the theatre before 2020 but I will be there for this.

Interesting, they still had the teaser trailer on last night when I went to see MI Final Reckoning.

That movie is “spectacular” in the sense that the spectacle of the stunt sequences is outstanding. I could in no way argue that it is a good movie.

I may catch that MI movie by accident at some point, but I am still annoyed that the entirety of the first movie was simply a masturbatory stunt show designed to get back to square one for part two. Doesn’t make me want to go out of my way to catch it.

The full trailer for The Naked Gun came out just today. Missed it by that much…

If mr. Cruise actually dies while filming it is not impossible i might watch the clip of his demise on you tube…otherwise, no.

Or perhaps he shows up in a movie by ari aster or wes anderson. Honestly, i think the last thing i saw him in voluntarily was tropic thunder. He was great. HAIL XENU!

Well, that got fucking dark in a hurry.

Tropic Thunder is great. I also regularly watch Edge of Tomorrow (ironically, it’s highly re-watchable). Otherwise, I’m pretty much weened off Cruise movies.

Supposedly he’s dating Ana de Armas, which pisses me off for illogical reasons.

ETA: Somehow I forgot Top Gun. Have them both and they’re both too good to give up.

100% agree that “edge of tomorrow” is re-watchable, perfect phrasing, Mr. Limey. Watching cruise die violently often…check. emily blunt also helps.

That looks so stupid.

I gather that Popeye is now a public domain persona.

Yep, as of January 1, 2025.
