Texas Tech beats Arizona State 111-106 in double OT. This game lacked any semblance of defense and was tied at 90 after regulation and at 96 after the first OT.
After losing their Big XII opener against UCF, Tech avoids another bad loss at home by the skin of their teeth.
Always sad to see tempe normal school lose.

Auburn goes into Tuscaloosa and wins the #1 v #2 game 94 to 85. Don’t let the score fool you Auburn won with defense. They held Alabama to 19% from 3 point range and 38% from the field.

Apparently I managed to see every missed FT despite only catching about 15% of the second half.

Kansas State has their season come to an effective end as the Wildcats lose by five to Utah. Kansas State won’t be dancing this year, but the Utes still have a chance to make the field.
Arizona holds off Baylor in Waco.
Texas Tech went to a brick layer’s convention in Fort Worth while the TCU Horned Frogs decided to play basketball. It’s 36-28 Frogs at the half.
Tech’s second half comeback falls short as the Frogs get the upset 69-66 and Frog fans storm the court.
Elsewhere: The UH Cougars and the BYU Cougars are obliterating Arizona State and Kansas respectively by about 20 points at the half.
