I’m trying to figure out if this is really Matt Olsen’s level or if we can expect regression next year. Unfortunately for the rest of us, what I’ve seen of him this year doesn’t make me think this is just a fluke.
That’s over 1/3 of strike calls missed. Slightly more accurate than literally flipping a coin, and given the sample size, it’s not impossible that a random strike call generator would be more accurate. And this man feels he should be calling Postseason games.
Sure, but look at all the balls he got right!
In the real world, he would be fired.
