There was a chocolatier here in Austin (Tessaâs Chocolaterie, in case others also shopped there; alas, the business fell victim to Covid) who would source a lot of different chocolates and sell assortments. There was one made from Guatemalan (iirc) chocolate that had notes of raisins and anchos in it. It was fantastic.
