Go for the underage ones?
Yuli!
Go for the underage ones?
Yuli!
Yuli G!!!
Yep.
Melvin fixed it so he somehow wouldn’t pitch in one of these 5 games.
He pitched Sunday.
This is the game referenced:
So this is where things usually start to drift a little sideways, huh? Not exactly Lidge Dotel Wagner I guess.
He’s been pitching every five days. Just sorta worked out this way.
On cue.
Story checks out.
When Scrubb starts downhill he’s hard to stop.
At the stretch in Atlanta, it’s 25-9.
Three field goals for the 9?
I think the Marlins went for two early and got stuffed at the goal line.
I watched an inning and a half of that guy Garcia. Never heard of him. I suspect most of you hadn’t, either. The thing that immediately stood out was, sure, he’s a little rough around the edges and you get the occasional pitch that ends up 20 feet from the plate, but it was crystal clear to me that he approached each hitter with a plan, and you could sort of watch the story unfold, each batter another chapter. It was fantastic.
This guy Scrubb has no plan whatsoever beyond throw a curve and hopefully get someone out somewhere.
So the Colonel walks the left hander he was brought in to get.
Man.
Correa throwing the leather saves a run.
2-0 Astros.
Fuck that was a great play
I had not seen either Scrubb or Garcia until this season. Garcia has been starting, so that probably helps with the plan part. But I hear your point.
I thought this was Garcia’s first start.
