It looked pretty bad. Lucky it’s only a sprain.
At least it’s not discomfort
Well he didn’t have to amputate
Yet
So I’m guess that Altuve tested positive
How kind of you, MLB.
This was the deal MLB and MLBPA agreed to back in January. It wasn’t a secret and didn’t require special dispensation. But, I guess any time Manfred applies the rules to the Astros fairly, we should consider it an act of heroic magnanimity
I am not restricted in my disdain for Manfred by a knowledge of the Covid rules, as my son made clear to me yesterday. Maybe the rules are being applied fairly to the Astros, but if so, it is the first time.
I agree. MLB wants us to believe that they were doing the Astros a favor for simply applying the rules. Based on how they’ve treated the Astros for years now, I believe them.
I’m all for shitting on the MLB and Manfred, but homework should be done before getting your knickers in a twist.
Since I skipped school today I did not get my homework assignment.
Therefore, fuck Manfred and the horse he rode in on.
Yeah…well…perhaps you should twist yours a little more. Do not go gentle into that goodnight.
This is rarely a concern with me.
This was my message yesterday, and I get it. I do not know the Covid rules.
Updating (again, lots of conjecture on my part)…
Cristian Javier – being called up to start Thursday
Kent Emanuel – available to be called up Friday as he comes off restricted list
Andre Scrubb – next week says Baker (threw an inning against the Rangers yesterday at ATS site)
Enoli Paredes – next two weeks
Pedro Baez – May
Blake Taylor - May
Framber Valdez – May
Josh James – June
Austin Pruitt – June
Did I miss this about Lance?
We discussed briefly in the GZ yesterday, as TK and Blummer talked about it. Apparently he had a pretty strong reaction to his vaccine just before his last start. Dusty didn’t want him to push it in the thin air of Denver, which is why he missed his start on Tuesday.
He had the J&J vaccine. Do we get to talk about what’s causing blood clots in young pitchers again?
