A federal court in NY that is set up to deal with international trade law has shut down Trump’s tariffs and ordered any funds collected returned.
The court ruled that - in technical legalize - Trump’s justification for assumption of economic war powers is complete bollocks.

It should’ve been an issue on the campaign trail, but the press was as congruous as ever. You could argue that he has the authority to tariff Russia because of Ukraine, but even that’s a stretch.
Of course, Russia is pretty much the only country not to be tariffed.
Pope Leo is holding an event back in his hometown of Chicago. It’s likely to be massive and draw huge attention from the world media. It’s scheduled for the same day as Trump’s SDE parade.
Maybe I should convert to Catholicism. I’m Church of England, so it’s not much of a stretch.
