Among the vast, vast breadth of things Trump doesn’t understand, oil and gas being a global market is one of them. I imagine rare earth minerals are the same.
The guy yelling “drill baby drill” to achieve “energy independence” while the country was(is?) a net exporter should have told you a thing or two.
