After a well-regulated militia shot up a school in Texas earlier this week, they’re at it again at FSU right now. Early reports are that thoughts and prayers have been rushed to the scene while DOGE is scouring the victims’ social media to discovery why they deserved it.

A Canadian friend of mine is a senior flight attendant for a Canadian airline (not the airline that probably inmediately came to your mind). She said it’s getting challenging to fill cabin crew slots for flights because a significant number of cabin crew are refusing to go on flights to US cities.

My daughter’s BF is Canadian and comes down every couple of weeks for a few days. As he has passed south-to-north back into Canada the last two times, he, along with every other car, has been stopped on the U.S. side with US CBP performing full searches, with dogs, of every car. People leaving the country. I’ve never seen this before and can’t fathom the reason.

Hey, scamming Ukraine for its minerals was Trump’s plan all along. Get the minerals, blame Biden and Ukraine for the war,win-win for Der Fuhrer.
We get 90% of our rare earth minerals from China. That deal not happening has far reaching consequences for Trump’s agenda.
Trump, under questioning in the Oval Office, punted every question on “deportations” to his lawyers. He knows this shit is falling apart and is throwing everyone in front of the bus.
The minerals deal is also the key component of his obsession with Greenland, which is thought to have huge deposits of oil and gas as well as rare earth minerals. The operative word there being “thought”. Truth is, it’s not entirely known how much of either Greenland has, and whatever they do have its dwarfed by what’s already known to be in the U.S. proper. We likely have all the rare earth minerals we need right here. But it’s expensive to get and then there’s that pesky free market and individual rights that get in the way. It’s simply cheaper and easier to just steal from someone else than it is to do the work yourself. Trump’s entire economic agenda is based on La Cosa Nostra.
