Stuttering can be a disability for some, but Biden has overcome it quite admirably with coping strategies. Its not quite as disabling as bone spurs or avoiding STDs in the 70s of course.
I’ll admit I didn’t know Biden suffered from a stuttering problem. That’s great he has overcome it for the most part. But it really doesn’t have anything to do with him not having the mental capacity to know what he is supposed to read off of his teleprompter. It reminds me of Ron Burgandy.
