The broadcast replay showed the bullpen reaction replay as Yordan was being interviewed.
Pandelirium.

Vasquez, at the 40 second mark, has backed away from the mob a bit and just throws his hands on his head in a “I cannot fucking believe what just happened!” move.

Equally amazing.
Houston cop in the Seattle dugout celebrates. Other video shows cop in Houston dugout celebrating.
Because I wanted it, and because I know you wanted it, and because I haven’t found it anywhere else online, I just put together a video of eight different camera angles of the HR all synced up. Look for it this afternoon.
The bullpen reaction was one of my favorite parts of the whole thing.
The game was over. Down 4 in the 8th. Munoz throwing 100+. Alvarez sets the table with a rope and Bregman comes through. Bregman is cold blooded in this at bat - no nerves.
I still haven’t seen that one.
Nor have I.
They were jumping around like five year olds in total disbelief. They didn’t even have the presence of mind to run out of the bullpen and join the fracas they were so busy jumping around and hugging everyone and everything.
It’ll be on Twitter somewhere.
Bullpen reaction was during Yordan’s interview on the field if you have it recorded its worth a watch or three.
TBS showed it if you have the game recorded. Neris looked like he was going to jump out of his shoes.
Julia with Alex. Cool moment toward the end.
Jim and I were jumping around like 5-year olds. As were the guys behind us, only more like 5-year olds who’d wandered upon their daddy’s half empty can of Schlitz. Jim almost had his nose broken in all the hugs and high fives.
The guy behind us who had been acting pretty crazy when we were losing went totally nut case when Yordan hit the ball. He reached down and grabbed my neck and HH’s neck and pulled our heads together forcefully. I do not know what hit the bridge of my nose, but it was hard. My nose is not broken, thank goodness, but it is sore today.
It may affect your matinee idol good looks, but it’s a small price to pay for getting to see that.
It is sore but no lumps or swelling. The idol looks are intact.
I was going to add that the guys in the pen were going as wild as any fan, but I strive for brevity.
That was awesome.
