I hope this turns out to be all it is. I get nervous when they say “forearm strain.”
Lower arm discomfort
Nervous? I immediately assume TJS
I think I do also, MM, when they say “forearm.”
Apparently, it isn’t the same area of the forearm that is normally associated with TJS. At least that is what I took from what I heard. Guess we’ll have to see how it plays out.
Flexor (very bad) versus Pronator (less bad) muscles. I’m sure one of the lawyers on here can explain this to us:
Lawyers can explain anything if you pay them enough
Yeah, we charge by the word.
That’s why we talk to much.
FIFY
Be sure to bill for that.
On behalf of all junior associates whose lowest-stress hours come from editing briefs, I say to everyone above me on the org chart: typo away.
Man, what firm makes you do that crap? I had a 5th Circuit argument my first year and wrote and signed the appellate brief too.
Hah, I’d probably phrase it as “lets” more than “makes”. Editing hours are a nice occasional break from the real work.
I hope y’all aren’t going to bill me for this discussion.
That’ll be three (3) beers at the Flying Saucer, sir.
I would have had to charge you for that extra letter.
Oh, I know how you charge.
Ugh. Yordan Alvarez is back in the health and safety protocols
I bring rum and a live chicken for Fauci to rid the team of COVID.
