Apparently, it isn’t the same area of the forearm that is normally associated with TJS. At least that is what I took from what I heard. Guess we’ll have to see how it plays out.
Flexor (very bad) versus Pronator (less bad) muscles. I’m sure one of the lawyers on here can explain this to us:

Man, what firm makes you do that crap? I had a 5th Circuit argument my first year and wrote and signed the appellate brief too.
Hah, I’d probably phrase it as “lets” more than “makes”. Editing hours are a nice occasional break from the real work.
