We have different definitions, I guess.
On the whole, most days I’m a pretty nice guy. On a bad day I can be quite an asshole. Usually I regret it when I behave that way. But not always.

That Stroslove58 guy is unnecessarily aggressive and confrontational. He would be terrible member to have on a conflict resolution team. Might be better suited on a conflict overreaction escalation team.
