I listened to a bunch of Henry Mancini on a Pennsylvania play list, and it’s surprisingly terrible stuff. His best song is Moon River, which is authentically great, but has no baseball application that I can come up with.

I agree on Abreu & Valdez. I have been rooting for Valdez especially for quite a while now, and am glad for his breakout this year. That said, he has pretty much grown himself out if a middle infield role, and I am bot confident that his hitting will continue to develop. Abreu is fine, but plenty of similar players in the system with higher (imo) ceilings.

If the Astros want Soto, sounds like he might be more expensive than either Mancini or Vazquez:
He’s under contract for 3 more years so yes, he’s not going to be cheap. Neither is Mantiply.
