Who could have ever seen that coming?

Trump on the cusp of becoming the most indicted human being ever.

The fact that Smith has interviewed Raffensberger - who had nothing to do with Jan 6, the fake electors, claims of voter fraud etc. etc. - is fueling speculation that Trump is going to be charged in a conspiracy to overthrow the government.

This makes sense because:
(a) The only thing Raffesnberger has in common with the Smith investigation is Trump, Giuliani and Meadows; and
(2) It’s exactly what Trump was trying to fucking do.

See also Giuliani’s proffer of testimony revealed yesterday. Some see it as a savvy legal move to avoid an indictment by pre-butting Smith’s evidence. But ā€œsavvy legal moveā€ is so out of character for these clowns that the alternative theory is more likely true: he is pitching for a deal to save his rancid skin.

You are as full of shit as a Christmas goose.

Is ā€œconspiracy to overthrow the governmentā€ a chargeable crime? How’s that different from seditious conspiracy?

That was clearly their goal though.

I believe seditious conspiracy requires the perpetration of violence.

As to the actual charges, I am not certain that I have used the correct terms of art. But the gist is there; Trump is going to be charged as part of a conspiracy to break whatever laws apply to stealing the presidency.

You and your stupid Burisma bullshit. Lindsay Graham read a report brought to the FBI which was created by Rudy and Russian agents. So fucking what. It’s all recycled bullshit touted by idiots as if it’s new.

Also, has this IRS whistleblower given sworn testimony? I’m not sure, but he should swear, under oath to his statement which directly contradicts what a Trump-appointed prosecutor has already stated in sworn testimony. Then, he should expound on the fact that he’s just an investigator and not responsible for deciding which charges are worthy. You know, like the guy who already gave sworn testimony. Never mind, I know you can’t comprehend any of this.

Basically, the IRS stuff is your typical bullshit: a bunch of fucking innuendo about Biden’s son, but not Biden himself, coming from people who couldn’t give two shits about what Trump’s children did. I’m not sure why Republicans bring it up anyway. Since when do they want to prosecute tax cheats?

Ah, I see I struck a nerve. When a liberal is presented with something that he cannot debunk and does not fit his ā€œagenda,ā€ the liberal gets built up into a rage and starts spitting out insults as that’s all he/she has. Thoughts and prayers to you as more comes about about Hunter and his dad accepting money from foreign countries.

Fun Fact: Trump recently shared the Obamas’ home address on his fake Twitter.

Luckily, nothing bad could come of th…

Go fuck yourself you inbred, dipshit, Confederate flag fucking, racist piece of shit.

…but they never get any old–gag, dry heave

You are as full of shit as a Christmas goose.

Not the kind of Christmas I’ve ever had.

Very typical liberal response. You just don’t like what you read that doesn’t fit your agenda and you build up in a rage. I haven’t ever cursed you out. I don’t intend to start now because it makes you look pretty small. I’m quite certain you are a much tougher little guy behind that computer monitor. If that makes you feel good, you go for it.

By the way, nothing I said was racist. From where I’m sitting, you are the bigot. You must live a sad life being mad all the time.
