Trump on the cusp of becoming the most indicted human being ever.
The fact that Smith has interviewed Raffensberger - who had nothing to do with Jan 6, the fake electors, claims of voter fraud etc. etc. - is fueling speculation that Trump is going to be charged in a conspiracy to overthrow the government.
This makes sense because:
(a) The only thing Raffesnberger has in common with the Smith investigation is Trump, Giuliani and Meadows; and
(2) Itās exactly what Trump was trying to fucking do.
See also Giulianiās proffer of testimony revealed yesterday. Some see it as a savvy legal move to avoid an indictment by pre-butting Smithās evidence. As to the actual charges, I am not certain that I have used the correct terms of art. But the gist is there; Trump is going to be charged as part of a conspiracy to break whatever laws apply to stealing the presidency.
