Jack Smith has delivered to Trump’s attorneys, essentially, the entirety of the stolen documents case against Trump. It includes witness lists, grand jury testimony, video and audio recordings, and materials obtained by search warrant or subpoena. The whole shebang.
I’m assuming that this is meant as a massive salvo across Trump’s bow. By giving over everything, Smith is signaling that he has the goods in spades and is ready to go. He clearly doesn’t want to give Trump an inch of opportunity to delay the trial.
Trump now knows exactly how fucked he is. The next move is his; the DOJ cannot offer Trump a deal where he agrees not to run for office again, but I bet they’d entertain such if Team Trump suggests it.
That’s the whole reason for this hoax. You had better believe they’ll be making this offer to President Trump. After all, they have to “get Trump.” They have been tirelessly trying since 2015. They cannot have a man that can’t be bought uncovering just how crooked the government is.
Yeah, ideally our justice system would be truly impartial and every politician that participated, aided and abetted the insurrection attempt on January 6, 2021 would no longer hold political office and be enjoying time in prison right now. It’s been two-and-half years and neither has happened.
Wonder why? In 2023, our judicial system is far from impartial because of presidential appointments.

I would like to see the politicians who aided and abetted the deadly BLM and Antifa riots that happened during Trump’s term, the Democrats who aided and abetted each crooked attempt to overthrow Trump in his first term put in prison and some of those people should be given the death penalty for treason.
