Also, I think people need to read up on the Presidential Records Act. Look back to a similar situation with Bill Clinton and you’ll see how the case was disposed. That case ALONE set the precedent and all those hoping to see our favorite president behind bars are going to be disappointed.
Any REASONABLE person already knows that the “37 count indictment” is nothing more than theater, because it SOUNDS more serious to the less educated. Those counts are going to be dismissed one by one to the most serious ONE charge, (espionage), that will ultimately also be dismissed. NOTHING is going to come from this, except the embarrassment that the media has experienced from seven years of trying.
Oh I did read closely, thanks for your concern though. I know you are a liberal and have TDS so there really is no point in arguing. You might seek meds though.
Trump has classified paper documents in a locked room at a facility that is secured by the Secret Service.
Hillary has classified documents stored electronically on an unencrypted private server (verified by FBI) that any low-talent Chinese/Russian/Iranian hacker can access over the internet.
Logical question…which is more likely to fall into the wrong hands?
It’s worth noting that Trump has not been charged for anything to do with the documents that he gave back. He has been charged only with respect to the documents that he kept after the written certification that he had returned everything.
In this regard, Trump, Biden, Pence, Bush and Clinton have all been treated in an identical manner under the law: they were all “forgiven” for the documents they had that they willingly returned. Only Trump tried to conceal documents from NARA, and for those documents only, he has been charged.
Also worth noting that Hillary used bleachbit and physically destroyed phones and computers to try to conceal having and distributing classified emails.
Also worth noting Biden had classified documents stored where Hunter lived. Also worth noting that Joe “pedo” and Hunter received $10MM from the Ukraine.
Don’t waste your time with an argument based on credible evidence and facts. He’s always going to counter with a convenient conspiracy theory that doesn’t/can’t be proven.
