The same witness has vacillated on the existence of video before, but we will see. She also claims knowledge of many encounters by Trump with multiple underage girls.
One name not mentioned anywhere: Joe Biden.

As hilarious as it would have been if this was the product of a paperwork snafu committed by an incompetently run campaign, Trump’s absence from Nevada’s primary ballot was wholly intentional. They merely followed the directions provided to them by a truly incompetently run organization — the Nevada GOP, which decided the same primary election process that’s been used to select every other non-presidential Republican candidate, including our current governor, in the state for decades is still not good enough for presidential candidates in 2024.
Meanwhile, the Michigan GOP has fractured into two warring factions and is so broke that the electricity has been shut off at the party headquarters, which is a building they’re trying to sell because they desperately need the cash.
Oh, and the Florida GOP finally managed to boot the chairman who has been accused of sexual assault by he and his wife’s threesome partner.
Trump is bleeding the entire GOP dry of donations and spending it on himself. There are numerous states where the GOP is running on fumes. This will have an impact on this year’s elections, because you can’t run ads or even a GOTV effort if you can’t keep the lights on in the office.
Whether he’s on the primary ballot or not, the Nevada delegates will vote for him at their convention. That’s all that really matters.
The convention is going to be a dumpster fire.

The insurrection was televised, but the appeal hearing in the DC appeals court today will have only a radio feed. I believe the proceedings are due to start at 8:30am CST.
Ron DeSantis unveiled his plan to deal with the issue of student debt: let students declare bankruptcy. Because nothing sets up someone for success in life better than crippling their credit history forever.
