The Inevitable What About The Inevitable You-Know-Who Thread Thread

That’s a given, no matter who it is or what their background is. The Dems aren’t going to elect him.

And adoption was just too hard for this dedicated and devout LAWYER to do the paperwork. Also, where is the not-adopted guy now? He’s 40, we should hear what he has to say.

I guess Chutkan has been paying attention to the dangerous nonsense that Trump spewed during his glitchy speech Saturday night. She just lifted her stay of the gag order.

I’ve been waiting for the perfect opportunity to make a “Johnson” joke, and here it is:

Authorities were alerted to the threat of a mass shooting by the Maine mass shooter, weeks before he did his mass shooting. Efforts to head off the potential mass shooting were foiled when police went to the mass shooter’s home…and he wasn’t there.

In other words, no.

Young Life is the organization through which Mike Johnson - as a single, 25-year old man - was able to take in a 14-year old boy.

I heard Joe Biden was the first member. He likes little boys and little girls. He likes them to rub his leg so they can see his leg hair stand up and turn blonde in the sun.

Strong young men from Hamas are coming across our borders to play women’s sports.

Aren’t Democrats working on the wall? Last I heard, Biden approved the completion of it because he loves border walls.

The House GOP releases its funding proposal for aide to Israel, and they offset the entire thing with cuts to IRS funding.

WTF does one have to do with the oth…

The agency said Friday that it had collected $122 million from 100 taxpayers, on top of the $38 million it collected from more than 175 other high-income earners earlier this year.

The 100 taxpayers resulting in the latest haul are just a portion of the 1,600 individuals that the IRS is currently contacting for hundreds of millions of dollars in back taxes, according to the agency.

Oh.

Proud to say that I didn’t vote for this idiot.

This will be interesting…

You won’t hear about any of this on the liberal owned media.

Biden’s support in Texas is falling like a rock.

Trump’s henchmen are not paying their legal bills, and getting sued by their former lawyers.

Here’s the weirdest paragraph from the article:

A court judgment has been issued against Bannon for the $480,000, which he is fighting with the help of lawyer Harlan Protass. It is unclear when and how much Giuliani may pay Costello and his firm. But a legal source familiar with Giuliani’s seven-figure debt faults Trump not Giuliani for the unpaid bill, claiming that Trump at a meeting with Costello and Giuliani earlier this year in Florida said he would “take care of” Giuliani’s legal bill.

  1. A lawyer taking a case to sue another lawyer for trying to collect their fees is quite something; and
  2. Unless Trump signed the contract between Giuliani and his lawyers, Rudy is fucked. You’d think a lawyer would know that.

Oral contracts can be valid. I don’t particularly recall the rules, but it’s not something that you could immediately assume wasn’t enforceable. Proving it might be hard. Proving that there was consideration might take more than a second’s thought, but there’s almost always consideration. Proof that the conversation took place would be the hardest part.

With Giuliani and Trump as opposing witnesses, it would come down to who you don’t believe the most.
