A message from Rudy: I lied.
He has stipulated in a court filing in the defamation suit he is facing from Ruby Freeman and Shane Moss that he made âfalseâ statements and does not contest the factual allegations in their suit.
These ladies have already had a 7-figure settlement in another defamation suit (against OAN), so theyâre playing with house money at this point. I hope they bankrupt this motherfucker.
ETA: Twitterâs legal community is surmising that - because Rudy has problems in complying with discovery - itâs likely he is agreeing to everything they already know so as to avoid further discovery.

Thatâs exactly whatâs happening. I think the filing actually states that the nolo contendre on the facts renders âfurther discovery unnecessaryâ. His lawyers will claim that the speech is âConstitutionally protectedâ and that there was no real harm. They will lose those arguments. The fruits of further discovery is what they fear most. That shit will put Rudy in prison.

The indictment is imminent. He sent out a video last night begging congress to stop the prosecutions. 90%+ of federal indictments are plead out; I wonder if Trumpâs lawyers are telling him that a deal is his best option.
