They booed a guy hitting .295avg, 46hr 102rbi IN AUGUST??? On a day he went 2-4? Heck, he even has 13sb so far. He’s clearly not the problem. How does that make any sense at all???
The logic of sportsfans in the general geographical area labeled “Yankees” is nothing to try and decipher.

Give the dude some credit. Posting his highest OPS since 2012 (albeit as a part-timer). Currently the 42 year old (or even older) is hitting .269/.345/.513. Hope he reaches 700.

Haven’t paid much attention to him this year, but at a quick glance he is just murdering LHP and not doing much against righties
