Texans 2022

These Colts are bad. Really bad. But they’re better than these Texans.

With Saturday coaching? I’m not convinced.

Despite Saturday. They simply have way more talent. I mean, name one position where the Texans are better. It’s just not there.

Players on the field play hard, always, and I never said otherwise.

Management decisions are different.

Yet you want these players to purposely lose. That’s far more offensive than simply being bad players.

So, the games aren’t on here; are Mills recent picks pretty bad, unlucky or somewhere between?

The first pick was bad. The second was essentially a punt.

For God’s sake, the first thing that has to happen tomorrow is to cut Rex Burkhead.

Texans win!

Number 2 pick, secured.

I give Lovie credit for not playing for another tie.

That’s the exact opposite of what I said, but run with it if you want.

So when you said “fuck up a tank job”, what you really meant was “the team has not been tanking, the players are trying their best and I hope they win”? That’s how you’re gonna spin that?

Now, what’s the play?

I’m in the trade down camp. Their many needs outweigh the possibility that Young or Stroud might be a star, imo.

The play is to get a new head coach and OC then draft a QB with the second pick. If you think that’s Stroud or Young, you draft one of them. Any other play is just stupid.

Having the first pick is better than having the second pick.

Winning games is better than losing games.

OK.

If you like what’s available at #2; if not, why would you not see if the return in a trade exceeds how much you value the best available QB.

Besides, it’s never stupid to address as many needs as possible, and this team has them in abundance.

It’s ok- the Jets showed that a late-season win enhanced their culture so much that it was worth the small downgrade from Trevor Lawrence to Zach Wilson.

The biggest single need they can address in the draft is a QB. It’s not even close. A QB would be worth 10 other players. If there’s a franchise QB available, you take him. Period.
