I expect nothing less from a Trump nominee.
Democrats canât stop her confirmation, but voters can. I know we canât vote anyone out until itâs too late, but there are GOP senators running for re-election who can be moved - like with the ACA repeal - by their phones lighting up.
Forcing yours on other people should though.

Ironically, the thing most likely to derail Barrettâs elevation is COVID.
Barrett is going to be confirmed. It doesnât matter how many people Moscow Mitch and his Trumpanzee minions have to kill. Thomas and Alito are already lobbying to make abortion, gay marriage and oral sex illegal again. Supreme Court Justices actively lobbying for someone to bring them cases so they can collectively legislate.
