Oh sure, let the lead run take second with NO FUCKING GLANCE AT HIM

Don’t worry. We’re gonna bounce some sliders too.

Fucking ridiculous.

Get some more runs offense.

This game will be on Joe Espada’s Why He Lost His Job mix tape.

We go to the 9th up 6-5 and I feel like we’re losing by 10

It was comfortably 6-1 with cleats on Ranger necks at the start of this inning.

What a time to pull out the ol’ 55 footer in the opposite batters box.

Thank goodness Caratini got that.

He hasn’t been the Bryan I’ve come to know in a long time.

He had a couple of good games after Hader went down but he doesn’t seem to have responded well to the added pressure of being a closer.

I think Correa just grounded into a GIDP on a pitch that bounced.

I leave for just a few minutes…

It is notable that he normally does better with a lot of work than he does with rest. It tells me that his mindset might be an issue. Closing and set-up must feel really different for him. Maybe the pressure and workload is getting to him.

Tying run at second, two outs.

Exactly how many two-strike hits can we give up?

We’re about to find out

You don’t have to win pretty for them to count.

Style points don’t make a shit this time of year. That’s a W.
