I just figured that shifting of personnel was part of the staffing strategy of the game. That all participants had to plan for. I’m good either way.
I feel the same way Sphinx does but am also good either way.
IMO, shifting personnel would be building a bench that could mostly account for bye weeks, that isn’t possible with 4 bench spots. I think the mean for FFL bench spots is 7 
And I am fine with whatever, it is just a suggestion.
The roster in this leaguer is smaller than most leagues starting lineups, I think an extra bench spot or even 2 won’t negatively affect things
To your point, we had a 10-team league last year with 13 total roster spots per team. That’s only 130 players rostered, and 20 of them were kickers and defenses.

With @Hostros7 playing, that gives us 10 owners, and we are ready to finalize our live draft date and time.
Does anyone have any preferences or days that don’t work for them? We are looking at drafting sometime around a week before the season starts September 4.
If I can’t make it, I’m fine setting up my auto draft preferences. I will throw out Wednesday the 27th.

I’m good weekends and weekday evenings other than Tuesday, but no problem if I need to auto draft.

For now, I have set our draft for Thursday, August 28, at 7:15 PM CDT.
Also, for this season, I expanded the bench by one spot to five. That still means only 140 players, counting kickers and defenses, will be rostered. If the group doesn’t like the expanded bench after this season, we can revert back to four bench spots.

Thursday is the first UH home game, so I will be auto-draft. Which is fine by me.
Understood, and I appreciate your flexibility. I’m not married to Thursday night, but I have a conflict on Wednesday, and another owner can’t do Tuesdays.
How would everyone feel about drafting either Sunday, Aug 31 (the Labor Day holiday is the next day) or on Labor Day at the same time (7:15 CDT)?
