Has anyone heard from their ticket rep? I have not and the deadline to request a refund is 5/22.

I haven’t heard from anyone since they cancelled opening day. I have a number, I’ll call the guy this week.
I called the ticket office and they are going to refund the money back to my credit card. Starting tomorrow I’m gonna start refunding back to the various paypal accounts. If anyone prefers to be refunded in a different manner let me know.
I kept waiting to see if I would get a email or a phone call advising me of my options. The ballclub never reached out to me.
I had to call as well. Once I did, they were very prompt and helpful, but it’s ridiculous it’s not automatic.
The guy I talked with, Chris, was very helpful and we spoke about fly fishing and regular fishing in central Texas for quite a while. He said he has been told so many different things about when and how games will resume that he quit paying attention.
