Glastonbury 2025 gets underway today. Any excuse to post some Alleyn Old Girls and Boys performing there.

For those of us of a certain age, Alannis Morisette was given a prominent, pre-headliner slot at Glastonbury and apparently blew the roof of the pyramid.

Also, sheā€™s still pissed aboot being given a cross-eyed bear.

One of my good friends works in production with Blue October, and got us tickets to see them perform their last show of their current tour at the Moody Amphitheater last night. The show was incredible and the amphitheater is an amazing concert venue. The only downside is that itā€™s insanely hot until the sun went down.

Highly recommend catching a show there.

I saw Tedeschi-Trucks there, and it was a very enjoyable venue. Although perhaps not in July or August.

Fun (Glastonbury-adjacent) Fact: Olivia Rodrigo topped the billboard rock chart with ā€œGood 4 Uā€; being the first female solo rock artist to have done so since Alannis Morissette did it with ā€œYou Oughta Knowā€. Proving that both women are talented rock stars and neither of them is good at spelling.
