I love JV as much as anyone. We’ve been lucky to have him. I’m just not sure how he fits in this season beyond pedigree. If the Astro org thinks that’s enough to put him on the roster then I trust that decision 100%

I don’t trust Caleb Ferguson to get big outs in the playoffs, either. JV has earned the right to sit in the dugout/bullpen over having Ferguson on the team. Bryan King should be the second lefty in the pen.

The last 10 days or so have felt like postseason beisbol and it’s been aggravating as it tends to be this time of year.
Tonight is nice, as yes, yesterday seemed like a fucking funeral.
This division title is yet another fuck you to bud selig, rob fucking manfred, allllllllllllllll the collective chirpy Astros haters and mlb in general, right in their smelly pirate hooker mouths.
