The restrictions will be based on constitutional prohibitions against infringement of contract. It will take more than passage of laws that purport to get rid of the contract.

Alvin Bragg’s grand jury met today and is due to meet again tomorrow. Reports breaking now that the barricades are going up again around the courthouse. It would be hilarious and totally justifiable if Bragg chose not to offer the courtesy of advance notice of the arrest, given that Trump tried to raise a mob last time.
I might laugh my bollocks off if it turns out that last week was a head fake by Bragg to see what Trump would do, and he did exactly what you’d expect he’d do. So now Bragg can get a judge to sign the order to have him dragged off the 7th tee and taken into custody before he can gin up another riot.
If that happens, I might take to my bunk.
And boom goes the dynamite.

The school in Florida which fired the principle for showing Michelangelo’s David during a class on classical Western art has been kicked to the curb by the right-wing college with whom they are chartered. How batshit crazy do you have to be to be determined to be too far right of Hillsdale College? Pretty fucking crazy.

The bag man has already been convicted for his part in the crime. Everyone involved has now stated under oath that it was all done on behalf of Trump. The only people disagreeing are Trump and his paid spokeslawyers - many of whom have made public statements affirming his guilt by accident.
It’s been a 40-year Republican project.
