Taibbi was spoonfed cherrypicked communications between the Biden campaign and Twitter, in which the campaign was seen to be asking Twitter not to allow photos of a naked Hunter Biden promulgate on the site. I.e. absolutely no criminal or constitutional issues involved whatsoever.
Separately, Ted Cruz was trying to share said photos, potentially breaking Texas’ revenge porn laws, and the Trump administration was - as was gleefully entered into the congressional record during Jordan’s last noisy train wreck of a hearing - ordering Twitter to remove a tweet by Chrissy Teigan in which she called Trump a “pussy ass bitch”.

Manhattan District Attorney’s office has offered Trump the chance to testify before a grand jury investigating the hush money payments to Stormy Daniels.
This is such a slam-dunk of a case that it’s shocking (not shocking) that it has taken this long to get to this point. The bagman has been convicted and jailed - and will testify (you can’t actually get him to STFU) - and the recipient of the hush money has testified as to whom the money was from and why it was paid.
