OMG. He’s a child!

Kansas voting 2:1 not to overturn Roe.

Kansas.

Having gone through their Brownback (?) crazy phase and seeing the consequences, I think they’ve actually been more sensible lately.

He kinda has a point.

That the Kansas abortion referendum is going down so hard is against substantial headwinds, given that the ballot provision was designed to return the opposite result, is an uplifting result.

Also, Trump-in-a-dress Kari Lake is losing in AZ.

Conveniently, she had already declared that the election was rigged.

This is heartening, until you remember that he lost to someone equally, or perhaps even less, suitable for public office.

Losing candidate for the GOP nomination for MI Governor is alleging election fraud. At what point does it sink in through a red MAGA hat that this is now a knee-jerk reaction.

Was that the race with all the Eric’s that Trump endorsed?

Yep

Patsy Baloney has just been subpoenaed by a federal grand jury.

He won’t get to pick and choose which questions he answers in that venue.

Is 5A not an option in a grand jury? What about executive privilege?

Imagine that. Citizens voting to determine an important issue.

Yes and no(ish). 5A is of course available. But Executive Privilege doesn’t apply when talking to Candidate Trump, rather than President Trump. Anything to do with Jan 6 involves Candidate Trump, perhaps with the exception of anything to do with his official response to the riot.

The Jan 6 Committee let him choose not to answer questions about what Trump said. That won’t be an option in a Grand Jury.

Alex Jones got shredded on cross examination by plaintiff’s attorney Bankston, simply by Bankston playing clips from Jones’ channel that impeached his sworn testimony. It got so frequent that the judge had the tech team set up a way for Jones’ attorney to view the clips before the jury, without having to send the jury out every time.

Speaking of Jones’ attorney:

They hire only the best.
