Here’s the poll. It reflects a 10-point swing to Democrats post-Dobbs.
Generic Congressional Race
April: 44% Dem / 47% Rep

That’s not big enough to blow away gerrymandering, but it is big enough to blow away vulnerable governors and senators. Polling had Democrats flipping 3 senate seats based on pre-Dobbs numbers, so this would be a bloodbath for the GOP in November.

Today’s surprise witness is top aide to Mark Meadows, Cassidy Hutchison.

The only thing that will saving Loving is that Thomas is (probably) not going to go for it. That challenge would fail 4-5 without his vote.
Not that it matters much, but the Roe revocation wasn’t 6-3. The Dobbs decision, upholding the MS abortion ban, was 6-3. Overturning Roe was 5-4, with Roberts writing his own decision that walked a tightrope between upholding both Dobbs and Roe.
That’s when he’ll finally choose to recuse himself.
They’ll go after Loving after Thomas is off the bench.
That’ll make it 4-4 and thus returned to the lower appellant court. So it would depend whether that lower court had upheld or struck down a ban on interracial marriage.
