Not suggesting you be quiet, just making an observation. Texas has an open system, you don’t register with a party and you can vote in whichever primary you wish.
I appreciate the information. I am fairly certain that I did not like all the candidates that were leading in several races. I decided to vote in the Republican primary, so I couldn’t vote on who I liked in the Democrats primary that year. All that to say that I really don’t have anything to add to this thread.
Meanwhile, Ted Cruz thinks it’s an OUTRAGE that a State Rep from Alabama has proposed that all men over 50, or with 3 children already, get a vasectomy.
I used to think he was shitty but smart. Now I think he’s just shitty.
Why should it be a law that a man get a vasectomy?
Why should anyone’s reproductive rights be restricted by law?

I believe in the right of life. For this reason the right of life supersedes any right of an abortion if it is being used as birth control. The two are not comparable in the way it is being used in this conversation.

I’d also vote for Bill, but not Hillary, Clinton. Can’t vote for Bloomberg for several reasons, and he’s 78. I don’t dislike Democrats. Hell, I was a registered Democrat until I was 40. I’m stauchly pro-life (and anti-death penalty), and Pete Buttigieg said that there’s no room for pro-lifers in today’s Democrat Party. So there’s that.

I really don’t think an abortion debate is needed. No one is pro-abortion. NO ONE!!!
What people are pro is the right a woman has to make that choice. You should not get to judge her choice. If you believe in God, then God gets to be the judge of her choice.
There are so many areas of life, but “pro-lifers” tend to get wrapped up in only the first 40 weeks.

I’m fine not debating the issue. It can be a very emotional discussion for most.
I am perfectly happy letting other people decide the fate of the world. If needed I’ll be the tie breaker.
