There’s no way Jake Marisnick and Myles Straw will be on the same roster, right?

For what it’s worth, which is probably nothing, Carlos Correa liked this Tweet by Vernon Maxwell.

Castro is once again an Astro.

I think this is a real smart signing by Click and the organization, given the young pitchers we will trot to the mound. Maldonado can’t catch all 162 and Stubbs isn’t ready in my opinion.

Great signing.

Very happy with this. Still need an OF and a RP and that means a real 40-man crunch is coming.

Chandler Rome says Castro has a two year deal. Haven’t seen dollar number yet.

Bob Nightengale says 2/$7M so take that for what it’s worth

Quite a pay cut from what would’ve been $6.85 million in a full season last year. Then again, he only played in 27 games.

Stubbs is not a prospect. He’s an intermittent roster filler. Castro and Maldonado are not simply keeping the spot warm for him.

Myles Straw may be blazing fast, but that doesn’t make him an elite defensive centerfielder. Marisnick is an upgrade on him at the position.

Another nice signing. He’s not going to wow anyone, but he’s a solid game caller/defensive catcher. Should be a solid platoon behind the plate for the club.

Agree 100%

Hand to the Nats.

Yankees trade for Taillon.

Want a good laugh on a Monday morning?

I just read, not one, but two stories from Phillies fan sites about trading for Lance McCullers Jr.

Absolutely. I will take Realmuto and Harper, please.

Brantley is signed.
