I rarely salt stuff. Use sea salt. Other day in salad not paying attention. Open wrong side. Use only a dash id do on fresh veggies, brings out the flavor. Salad ok, but quite a bit more than a light dash. Told my friend once after eating fried chicken. Your wife puts enough salt on that to kill an elephant. He looked back at me and smiled. She tries.
Do you not find it difficult to go to such lengths to be incomprehensible? Wouldn’t it actually be easier to just use whole sentences to get your thoughts (sic) out?
Usually just chicken mayo over rice but the mayonnaise here is in the style of kewpie.
I went lazy with my guac for grilled chicken taco lunch today…avocado + salsa with some cotija cheese sprinkled on top.
Nothing wrong with going simple. That sounds pretty tasty.
I usually just combine the HEB pico with avocado and some seasoning.
It was quite good. Mateo’s makes a very good jarred salsa.
It’s pretty hard to totally screw up guacamole. One bit of advice for those in the thread looking for it is to always have an extra avocado. Too salty/limey/whatever? Add more avocado.

Very true. I got one once that was quite literally 95% seed, I’m still waiting for the one like the pics you see on the web that has no seed.
