Gonna have to watch the whole thing again. It’s really re-watchable and much more creepy when you know what’s going on from the start.
Yeah, it’s been way too long. It’s definitely worth a rewatch.
Same here, it’s too weird and complex to not have a refresher going in. Plus, it’s well worth it. Took me a couple of episodes to really get into it but once I did I was hooked.
Yeah I was intrigued, but then…
Spoiler
Helly hanged herself in the elevator. WTF!!!
This has to be the end of society, doesn’t it?
According to Reddit it’s a fake story, though if it’s going to be a fake story it should really include Kamala Harris in the den.
Agatha All Along’s finale is week executed. Also, Patrick Swayze is canon now.

Spoilers
It was mind-blowing that “The Witches Road” was just a con that Agatha had been running for 300 years; the song was invented by her son, who Rio took quietly in the middle of the night. Billy was being his mother’s son by creating the “reality” of the road, which explains why in retrospect it came as a shock to Agatha. Rio cut her way out of the set at one point, proving that she knew “The Road” wasn’t real.
I really enjoyed the show. It kept me on my toes and I never saw the twist coming.
Another season and another seasonal email from my old school, where I found out that alumni Louis Partridge is in the new Apple TV show “Disclaimer” with Cate Blanchett. A quick study of his Wikipedia page tells me he’s been dating Olivia Rodrigo for over a year and his acting credits include playing Peter Pan and Sid Vicious.
There is a list of alumni achievements including producing movies, directing Netflix shows, writing the score to “Twisters”, presenting evenings of “genre-bending music” that get written up in the Guardian, and being awarded the Freedom of the City of London.
Still waiting for my shout out for doing insurance for four decades.
Don’t sell yourself short.

Seriously, though, it never ceases to amaze me how a tiny little school in a corner of south London manages to punch so far above its weight in talented alumni. It’s the equivalent of K thru 12, and there’s about 1,200 students total, so less than 100 kids per grade.
I watched “Shrinking” (s2e4 on Apple+) - It’s very good.
I bet my high school produced more cowboys. At our recent reunion it was reported that one of my classmates died of a “horse accident.” I of course knew that he was drunk at a rodeo.
I am re-watching the amazing Chernobyl. For some reason, the tale of a preventable catastrophe caused by corrupt and incompetent leadership - the cost of which is paid by regular people - seems relevant.
Great, great show.
I’ll need to re-watch it too.
Why? I thought once was enough
Speaking of shows where Jared Harris plays a man whose warnings go unheeded by incompetent leaders, I’m in the middle of watching The Terror. I finally finished the book last week and absolutely loved it. The show is quite good so far.
