Good for him, but a lot of centerfielders make that catch.
Toro is on fire for the Mariners since the trade. Another homer and an RBI single in tonight’s game. I’m happy for him. He never would’ve got the chance to play regularly in Houston and he deserved it.
And from Graveman’s performance in LA tonight, that trade was a win win deal.
It was indeed. Toro would have been valuable and maybe a regular at 3rd if Correa leaves, but getting Graveman for him was a great trade.

Red Sox traded for DeShields today. How did they do that???
Maybe he wasn’t on the 40 man roster.
I just read on MLB trade rumors that Deshields was eligible to be traded because he was on a minor league contract and has not been on a MLB roster this year.
Could be. I usually pay no attention when I am with Mike who is on the 40-man and who is not. The roster they distribute shows it, but I do not usually have any reason to mention that fact.
