Have you ever dealt with property values? Typically government places most recently valued against your property. A person may disagree. They have a court. My old boss got hit with whopping new tax. He hired and paid someone who did not show up. Not everyone is as sharp as they should. Filed mechanics lean against airport in LA (Louisiana not city). Heard all sorts of stuff like i hear here .
