I also got thrown out in the 1Q of the Colorado (Rashaan Saalaam Heisman year) game while trying to go the the bathroom yet somehow ended up in middle of a scrum/fight in the concourse, and was escorted en masse out the stadium, despite my protestations.
So I pissed right outside the stadium on my walk back to the bbq.
I wonder if the game turns out differently if the UT kid who made the catch at the 1 is in by 1/32” instead of out by 3” and the OU kid is out by 3” instead of in by 1/32”.
I’m a UT fan simply out of proximity and I had a visceral feeling of emptiness and disgust, I can only imagine what you guys with strong ties felt.
OU got every call, and I am not saying anything was dishonest. Why they did not review the incomplete pass/fumble call I do not understand.
I really feel for Penn State. They were dominating Iowa until Clifford got hurt and then they just could not move the ball at all. Even with the loss, I still think they are the 3rd best team in the country with a healthy Clifford.
